I have these in the ceiling as my surround speakers in a 5 1 system and they do a wonderful job during movies and music. The downside is that bipolar speakers can t quite achieve the pin point imaging of direct radiating speakers. There are tradeoffs in any technology including direct radiating or bipole speakers.
